1. 1 The La Crosse Public Library is hosting a reception to celebrate receiving the 2025 Governor's Archives Award for Archival Innovation presented by the Wisconsin Historical Records Advisory Board and the Wisconsin Historical Society, and to recognize the many people who have contributed to Dark La Crosse through the years. This reception is open to the public and will feature the presentation of the award and the debut of a new episode of the video series Dark La Crosse Stories. Notice is given that a quorum of the La Crosse Public Library Board may be present in a social setting with no decisions being made.
