- 9 Resolution authorizing public improvement and levying special assessments against benefited property in La Crosse, Wisconsin - Sanitary Sewer in the 800 block of St Cloud Street.
- 10 Resolution authorizing public improvement and levying special assessments against benefited property in La Crosse, Wisconsin - Water Main of 800 blocks of St Cloud Street.
- 11 Resolution approving assignment of parking assignment at Market Square Parking Ramp from Cameron Park Condo Association to Free Heel Capital.
