A resolution accepting grants from the Washington State Department of Transportation, Puget Sound Regional Council, the Highway Safety Improvement Program, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, National Highway Freight Program, Move Ahead Washington, Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, Washington Traffic Safety Commission, and Washington State Transportation Improvement Board, in the total amount of $50,599,366; and accepting and depositing said sum into the various Capital Project funds, to fund various Public Works projects, including pedestrian facilities, trails, bikeways, safe routes to schools, roadway improvements, traffic signals, bridges, and other transportation infrastructure improvements.
