A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury and property damage claims against the City in the matter of Nathan Cisneros v. City of Tacoma and Ryan Hovey, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 23-2-08018-7, related to a rear-end vehicle collision, upon payment by the City in the amount of $33,000.00.
