A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City in the matter of Linn Lucas v. City of Tacoma, et al., Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 21-2-07241-2, related to a sidewalk trip and fall accident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $75,000.
