A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City, in the matter of Angelina Smalls, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Bennie Branch and Brendelin Branch, Individually, v. City of Tacoma, et al., U.S. District Court No. 3:22-cv-05043-BJR upon payment by the City in the amount of $3,100,000.
