A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City by Ilona Lord in the matter of Ilona M. Lord v. City of Tacoma, et al., Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 22-2-06615-1, relating to personal injuries from a trip and fall accident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $155,000. This represents the City’s contribution to the total settlement.
