A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City by Tony Palas in the matter of Tony Palas v. City of Tacoma Police Department, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 21-2-06606-4, relating to an automobile accident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $1,250,000.
