A motion may be considered to concur with the March 23, 2022, recommendation of the Public Utility Board, and to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all property damage claims against the City by Lonnese Taylor, Claim No. W-093-21, relating to a leaking water meter, upon payment by the City in the amount of $61,993.05, which is an increase of $12,464.75 over the settlement amount of $49,528.30, which was approved by the Public Utility Board on January 26, 2022, and by the City Council on February 1, 2022.
