A motion may be considered to concur with the January 26, 2022, recommendation of the Public Utility Board, and to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all property damage claims against the City in the matter of Alfred C. Davis v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 20-2-07839-1, relating to an automobile accident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $166,900.
