A motion may be considered to concur with the January 26, 2022, recommendation of the Public Utility Board, and to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all property damage claims against the City by Lonnese Taylor, Claim No. W-093-21, relating to a leaking water meter, upon payment by the City in the amount of $49,528.30.
