A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Edward Coates, et al v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 17-2-08907-4, relating to the use of electric utility funds for Click! Network expenses and capital improvements, upon payment by the City in the amount of $183,000, which will be paid through the City’s insurance coverage, and has been approved by the City’s insurers.
