A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Washington State Department of Transportation v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 20-2-05528-5, relating to construction costs resulting from WSDOT’s Interstate 5 Northbound HOV project between the Puyallup River and Portland Avenue, upon payment by the City in the amount of $3.5 million.
