A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Kristi Croskey v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 19-2-10697-8, relating to plaintiff’s claimed damages stemming from her involvement in a police incident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $100,000.
