A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Frederick P.S. Whang and Kihyen Whang, and 201 Broadway Condominium Association v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 19-2-12518-2, relating to the right-of-way at South 2nd Street between Stadium Way and Broadway, quit-claiming this area to the abutting property owners while retaining the necessary easements for utilities.
