A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Elizabeth Smith v. the City of Tacoma; Church of the Living God; and Ashley Perry, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 19-2-05576-1, relating to personal injuries from a sidewalk trip and fall accident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $61,250, which represents the City’s portion of the total settlement.
