A motion may be considered to confirm the Mayor’s Emergency Rule No. 4 requiring City Council and Public Utility Board study sessions and business meetings, and other public meetings of the City of Tacoma be held in virtual format only; and directing the Government Performance and Finance Committee to develop proposed guidelines to potentially allow certain study sessions to be done in hybrid format and present the guidelines to the City Council by the end of September.
