A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Daniel L. Washburn and Kay L. Washburn v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 20-2-08782-9, relating to property damage from storm water runoff, upon payment by the City in the amount of $190,000.
