A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all remaining claims against the City in the matter of Gregory Christopher, Arthur C. Banks, Toney Montgomery, and Whitney Brady v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 16-2-05416-7, relating to a public records request, upon payment by the City in the amount of $75,000.
