A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City in the matter of Nathaniel Roland v. City of Tacoma and Elina Guziy, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 18-2-11789-1, relating to personal injuries from a vehicle-pedestrian accident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $250,000.
