A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City in the matter of Joyce Giampaoli v. City of Tacoma, IHD, LLC, King County Superior Court Cause No. 19-2-15903-1 SEA, relating to personal injuries from a sidewalk trip and fall accident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $300,000. This represents the City’s contribution to the total settlement.
