A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of Adam Vogland and Tiffany Jesse v. State of Washington, Zachery Bainter and Jane Doe Bainter, and City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 18-2-13108-7, relating to a motor vehicle accident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $100,000.
