A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of June Sellers-Stubbs v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 20-2-05292-8, relating to an injury sustained while at the Tacoma Dome, upon payment by the City in the amount of $52,500.
