A motion may be considered to temporarily designate the regular, special, and study session meeting locations for the City Council and the regular and special meeting locations of the City’s Committees, Boards, and Commissions to be a “virtual” location, to comply with the Governor’s Emergency Proclamation until July 31, 2020 or earlier should the Council decide it can hold in-person meetings when Pierce County enters into Phase 3 of the Safe Start reopening program.
