A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims by Stephanie Fallon in the matter of Stephanie Fallon and Reyna Brito v. City of Tacoma and Daniel Minnetti, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 18-2-11790-4, relating to an automobile accident, upon payment by the City in the amount of $375,000. This represents the City’s contribution to the total settlement.
