A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City in the matter of John Petrovich, Carol Petrovich v. City of Tacoma, et al., Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 19-2-07791-9, upon payment by the City in the amount of $65,000.
