A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City in the matter of Cindy Zatkovich v. City of Tacoma, University Street Properties, LLC, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 18-2-07202-1, upon payment by the City in the amount of $75,000.
