A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all damages claimed against Tacoma Power, as a result of an unscheduled power outage to U.S. Oil facilities in 2016, in the matter of U.S. Oil v. City of Tacoma, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 18-2-07232-3, upon payment by the City in the amount of $2,040,000.
