A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City, as a result of an automobile accident, in the matter of Irene Yi v. City of Tacoma and David Johnson, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 18-2-57601-6, upon payment by the City in the amount of $300,000.
