A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City, as a result of an automobile accident, in the matter of Terrance Cantrell v. City of Tacoma; Sandra Hawkins and John Doe Hawkins, Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 18-2-12399-8, upon payment by the City in the amount of $75,000.
