A motion may be considered to concur with the July 24, 2019, recommendation of the Public Utility Board, and to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all property damage claims against the City by Farmers Insurance Exchange as Subrogee of Dimension Town Homes, Claim No. W-030-18, upon payment by the City in the amount of $161,478.51.
