A motion may be considered to authorize an amendment to the provisions of the final Settlement Agreement in the matter of Carrington, et al. v. City of Tacoma, United States District Court Cause No. 3:16-cv-05900, that provides for the release of settlement funds upon the recording of flowage and groundwater easements.
