A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement of all personal injury claims against the City in the matter of Doug Kelly v. Tacoma Police Department, et al., Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 18-2-05400-7, upon payment by the City in the amount of $65,000.
