- 1. Potential Litigation Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) DPAs: Sean Reay and Bridget Casey
- M. Adjourn
- 54 Heidi Beazizo, Council Chief of Staff, stated that the Council will convene into Executive Session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss a matter relating to potential litigation for an initial ten minutes. She indicated that there is anticipated action to follow and any necessary extensions would be announced. At 9:17 a.m., Chair Mead recessed the Council into Executive Session.
- 58 Walk-On Oral Motion
- 60 ORAL MOTION Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the Snohomish County Council 1) to authorize and approve the Specific Mutual Release Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) proposed to Snohomish County by Chicago Title Insurance Company, which executed Settlement Agreement would result in the payment to the County of $124,031.38, for previous awards of litigation attorney fees to the County, and 2) to authorize the County Executive, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, to sign the documents necessary to memorialize and effectuate the Settlement Agreement. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
- 64 Chair Mead adjourned the Council for the day at 9:27 a.m.
