ORAL MOTION Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims in the amount of $230,000.00 relating to the matter of John and Carol Olson v. Snohomish County, King County Superior Court Cause 23-2-02853-8, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney following consultation with the County Executive. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present. 2024-1273 Approved Pass
