- 1. Motion 24-239, authorizing the County Council to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Everett concerning the US 2 / I-5 Interchange Justification Planning Study
- 2. Motion 24-242, authorizing the County Executive to sign Professional Services Agreement CCF01-24 with Perteet, Inc. to provide Design Services for I-5/164th St SW Direct Access Improvements
- 3. Motion 24-245, approving an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the Alderwood Water & Wastewater District concerning agreement for overlay improvements

- 1) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Action - Rule 24-01: Use of Registered Basic Plans

- b. Approving the following Award Recommendations:
- 1) Piggyback Award Recommendation for the use of a “piggyback” competitive solicitation number 03920 for Cab and Chassis and Parts issued and awarded by the Office of Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) for a total of $800,000 over two (2) years for the additional purchase of vehicles and associated parts
- 2) Piggyback Award Recommendation for the use of a “piggyback” competitive solicitation number GS-35F-011BA for Emergency Notification System issued and awarded by the U.S. General Services Administration, a Federal Government entity. Snohomish County Piggyback PB-22-009RB is being resubmitted for an additional $350,000.00 for service and support under the existing piggyback, which has an ultimate contract end date of 10/14/2033
- 3) Bid Award Recommendation PW-24-020SB for Chatham Acres Restoration to Trowbridge, LLC in the amount of $560,599.97, plus applicable Washington State sales tax
- 4) Bid Award Recommendation 24-017RB for Forestry Aerial Trucks to Altec Industries, Inc. in the amount of $977,718.00, plus applicable Washington State sales tax
- 5) Bid Award Recommendation 23-062RB for Terminal Tractors Yard Trucks, Electric to Orange EV in the amount of $806,070.00, plus applicable Washington State sales tax
- 6) Purchasing Award Recommendation RFP-24-032JM-C for Subscriptions & Support, Multi-Factor Authentication to ID Auto Net for an anticipated total amount of approximately $140,000.00, plus applicable Washington State sales tax, for the initial five-year term
