73. 69 At 9:24 a.m. Heidi Beazizo, Council Chief of Staff, stated that the Council will convene into two Executive Sessions to discuss matters of pending litigations pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). She noted the initial duration is 10 minutes, with no action to follow. At 9:26 a.m., Chair Mead recessed the Council into Executive Sessions. At 9:29 a.m., the Chair extended the Executive Session five minutes to 9:41 a.m.
