  43. 41 Heidi Beazizo, Chief of Staff, stated that the Council will convene into Executive Session to discuss two matters, one for Labor Negotiations pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b) and one for potential litigation pursuant to 42.30.110(1)(i). She noted the initial duration for both is for 15 minutes with any time extensions to be announced, no anticipated action to follow. At 9:15 a.m., Chair Mead recessed the Council into Executive Sessions.
