- 1) Piggyback Award Recommendation for the use of a “piggyback” competitive RFP number 093021 for Street Sweepers and Specialty Sweepers, with Related Equipment, Accessories, and Supplies awarded by the Office of Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES)mfor a total of $130,000.00 annually through the anticipated ultimate term ending date of 11/16/2026
