- 1) Piggyback Award Recommendation for the use of a “piggyback” competitive solicitation for Playground Equipment, which Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES), through participation with NASPO, has negotiated with Landscape Structures Inc. in the amount of $150,000.00
