44. 52 ORAL MOTION Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to hereby authorize and approve the Mutual Settlement Agreement and Release in the amount of $ 1,275,000.00 relating to the matter of Snohomish County, v. Dowl LLC, Road Products, Inc. and Asphalt Systems Inc., Snohomish County Superior Court Cause 20-2-03480-31, as negotiated by Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreements, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney.
