  92. 91 Heidi Beazizo, Council Chief of Staff, stated that the Council will convene into two Executive Sessions pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss a matter relating to potential litigation and RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to discuss personnel matters for an initial ten minutes. She indicated that any necessary extensions would be announced. At 9:45 a.m., Chair Mead recessed the Council into Executive Session.
