- 1. Motion 25-056, approving Administrative Matters presented at General Legislative Session on January 22, 2025
- a. Setting a public hearing date on February 12, 2025, at the hour of 10:30 a.m. to consider the following:
- 1) Ordinance 25-001, approving data sharing agreement with Washington State Department of Health and providing authority to approve any future amendments
- 2) Ordinance 25-003, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to sign on behalf of Snohomish County an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Everett for special assessment collection services
- b. Approving the following Bid Award Recommendations:
- 1) Bid Award Recommendation PW-24-0304SB for Middle Pilchuck Habitat Restoration at Russell RD in the amount of $928,600.00, plus applicable Washington State sales tax
