- 1) Ordinance 25-001, approving data sharing agreement with Washington State Department of Health and providing authority to approve any future amendments
- 2) Ordinance 25-003, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to sign on behalf of Snohomish County an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Everett for special assessment collection services
- b. Approving the following Award Recommendations
- 1) Bid Award Recommendation PW-24-0304SB for Middle Pilchuck Habitat Restoration at Russell RD in the amount of $928,600.00, plus applicable Washington State sales tax
- 2) Bid Award Recommendation RFP-24-013LY for MRO Supplies and Services to W.W. Grainger, Inc. for an estimated amount of $550,000.00 annually; initial term is two years with an option to extend for two additional two-year terms
