ORAL MOTION Councilmember Low made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims in the amount of $200,000.00 relating to the matter of Tana VanZant v. Snohomish County, King County Superior Court Cause 24-2-02825-1 SEA, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney following consultation with the County Executive. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. 2025-0596 Approved Pass
