  65. 63 9:05 a.m. Chair Nehring announced an Executive Session for Potential Litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). Heidi Beazizo, Chief of Staff, added there will be a Walk On Executive Session for Personnel Matters pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(g). She said the total anticipated duration for both Executive Sessions is 20 minutes, with any extensions, if any, announced in this Administrative Session, the estimated end time is 9:25 a.m.
