- 1. Council considers authorizing approval of a Waiver of Conflict request dated March 24, 2025, from Ogden Murphy Wallace, PLLC
- a. Approving the following Award Recommendation:
- 1) Piggyback Award Recommendation for the use of a “piggyback” competitive solicitation via DES contract 20122 with the Correctional Industries division of Department of Corrections to furnish its existing facilities as well as furnishing the New Start Centers of Edmonds and Everett for an estimated amount of $2,000,000.00 over the term
