  59. 54 9:02 a.m. Heidi Beazizo, Chief of Staff, stated the Councill has the need for two Executive Sessions, one for Labor Negotiations pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b) and one for Pending Litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). She said the total anticipated duration for both Executive Sessions is 20 minutes, extensions, if any, will be announced in this Administrative Session. The estimated end time is 9:23 a.m.
