37. 57 ORAL MOTION Councilmember Low made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve each of the Settlement Agreements, in the total amount of $22,000, for each of the four Plaintiffs in the matter of Sanchez, et al. v. Snohomish County, et al., King County Superior Court Cause No. 25-2-01801-6 KNT, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreements, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. 2025-1904 Approved Pass
