Nathan Kennedy, Finance Director, provided a high-level technical overview of the ECAFs, ordinances, and motions that comprise the Executive’s recommended 2025-2026 Mid-Biennium Modifications to the Budget. There were no questions from councilmembers. Chair Nehring opened the hearing for public testimony. There were no persons present wishing to provide testimony. Testimony was kept open.
